Whilst CSYMA LEAD is being run, Professional Development will be available for accompanying teachers conducted by members of the CSYMA National Staff PD Team. Sessions will include Growing Youth Ministry and Curriculum Professional Development.
CSYMA LEAD will be conducted by the 2015 post School CSYMA National Team, a Team of young people who are engaged in ministry and mission throughout Australia. In 2014, 25 post School young people were engaged in ministry through the CSYMA National Team. LEAD will begin with a Youth Rally at the end of the Youth Ministry Equipping School. This Equipping School is where the post school CSYMA National Team is formed and equipped for their year of faith and mission.
WHEN: CSYMA LEAD National Student Leaders Conference begins with registration on the 1st March at 3pm and concludes on the 3rd March at 11am. CSYMA Staff Professional development will take place on the 2nd March.

WHO: CSYMA invites core students leaders in Youth Ministry in Schools throughout the CSYMA Network. A number of CSYMA Events in 2015 will focus on forming and equipping students involved in Youth Ministry on a regional and local level (such as Shine Student Gathering, Youth Ministry Team Training and Breakthrough School Visits). LEAD seeks to draw together these core leaders who can return to their communities and lead Youth Ministry initiatives.
COST (per student or staff member): $40. This cost includes meals, registration and resources.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS (cost is per student for two nights): To accommodate students traveling long distances, several accommodation options are available.
1. Polish Centre Accommodation – $70 (Six Share, Long Distance Students). 2. IBIS Styles – $110 (Quad Share, Interstate Students).
